A Marine Survey was done on Tenacious about one year ago. A one-of-a-kind vessel is hard to value, but the surveyor estimated a replacement cost of $380,000 on the boat with a current value of $200,000. The prior owner had more than that invested in the project, and we performed several major upgrades after the survey. Our price is $149,000, which we feel is a great value for this beautiful boat. |
