Counting the bow pulpit and custom swim platform (and many boat manufactures are now doing this), she is about 40 feet long. With a beam of around 13 feet, there is an enormous amount of fishing space.
The forward cabin has berths to sleep 4, a full head with separate shower (hot water to boot).
Powered by twin Volvo 63 P turbo-diesels (740 total hp) she is a very fast and fuel efficient boat. With a full load of fuel, equipment and anglers she will go as fast as typical Gulf conditions will permit (with plenty of reserve throttle to spare), putting us on prime fishing waters when many boats are halfway there. Electronics include mapping GPS, VHF Radio, Fish finders/recorders (two, one color), and Radar. We have a Murray Brothers Fishing Chair and 30' Rupp, double spreader outriggers No corners have been cut on this boat and no expense spared. It will put you on fish, fast and comfortably!
Recent repairs/upgrades
Both turnbocharges replaced 10 hours ago. After-coolers overhauled 10 hours ago. One transmission replaced, one overhauled 10 hours ago. Garmin 185 Mapping GPS/depth finder combination added in 2001(has the large chip covering the Gulf of Mexico from Mexico to Alabama, a $300 extra). Rupp 30', double-spreader outriggers added. New generator set 2001.
